This is an excellent program to build on your strength, fitness and technique through the winter to prepare for the on-water season.
90 minute sessions split between the gym and paddle tank.
This program is focused on fitness, stroke development and technique.
Saturday sessions are recommended for athletes that want to step it up a notch and are enthusiastic about racing.

Covid-19
Due to covid-19 variable restrictions and rules will be placed by all levels of government and SNCC. All registrants must be fully vaccinated. Covid-19 rules must be followed at all times. Click here for the covid-19 rules.
Currently the Ontario government has lifted capacity restrictions on gyms and restaurant. However, we are keeping the capacity limit on until we can watch the trends and be sure that they are not going to be rolled back. The limit is 20 people per session for now. Please put your name on the waiting list if the session you would like is full, we anticipate increasing the limit and/or adding more sessions to accommodate everyone.
