It's that time of year when we ready our compound and our boats for the winter.  All volunteers are needed and welcome because there is lots of work to be done.  

Dress for cool weather and be ready to scrub the dragon boats clean.  Bring rags, sponges, power sprayers etc.

Volunteers can also bring food and hot beverages!

To Do List includes but is not limited to:

• Take the dragon boats out of the water.
• Clean the dragon boats.
• Identify any repairs needed on the dragon boats.
• Shake or somehow extract the water in the kayak sit upons used in camps.  
• Put all scattered small boats under the shelter or in sea containers.
• Seal the holes in the sea container roofs and in the Office.  
• Not sure if outboard motors need winterizing and then store in sea containers.
• Unplug the Office and keep the extension cords inside.
• Pull the weeds in the compound to avoid the neglected look. 

ParaDock removal from the water is expected to be done by the installers, EZ Dock.
